  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to information technology;

  3         providing legislative intent regarding

  4         incentives for certain businesses; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature that

10  the state provide incentives for the deployment of broadband

11  infrastructure and the development of information service

12  technologies.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
