14         On page 4, between lines 9 & 10 of the bill

16  insert:

17         4.  Nothing in this paragraph shall prohibit the

18  department from obtaining access to records to which they are

19  otherwise entitled.  Records in the possession of the

20  association which are exempt pursuant to this paragraph are

21  exempt to the same extent as provided by this paragraph if

22  they are in the possession of a state agency.
