14         On page 62, between lines 29 and 30, of the amendment

16  insert:

17         (g)  The fiscal impact on Monroe County of the

18  designation of the Florida Keys area of critical state

19  concern. This review must include the fiscal impact on local

20  government and businesses in the county and on residents of

21  and visitors to the county and must provide an estimate of the

22  overall cost of such designation, since inception, to persons

23  residing in the county.
