14         On page 2, between lines 2 and 3,

17         Section 3.  The Legislative Committee on

18  Intergovernmental Relations in coordination with the Florida

19  Home Builders Association shall study the extent to which

20  public moneys, in the form of a school impact fee subsidy,

21  have been passed to consumers as a reduction in the cost of

22  new homes.
