14         On page 1, lines 19-26

15  remove from the amendment:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  a member in good standing of The

18  Florida Bar.  The other two members shall include a member in

19  good standing of The Florida Bar and a member recommended by

20  the House Minority Leader.

21         (b)  The President of the Senate shall appoint three

22  members.  One of the members must be a member in standing of

23  The Florida Bar.  The other two members shall include a member

24  in good standing of The Florida Bar and a member recommended

25  by the Senate Minority Leader.
