17         (h)  The districts are authorized to make retroactive

18  payments to counties and local governments that did not

19  receive payments in lieu of taxes for lands purchased pursuant

20  to ss. 259.101 and 373.59 during fiscal year 1999-2000 if such

21  counties and local governments would have received said

22  payments pursuant to ss. 259.032(12) and 373.59
