15 On page 47, lines 22-25, delete those lines

17 and insert:
18 Section 15. Paragraph (a) of subsection (3) and
19 subsection (7) of section 373.199, Florida Statutes, are
20 amended to read:
21 373.199 Florida Forever Water Management District Work
22 Plan.--
23 (3) In developing the list, each water management
24 district shall:
25 (a) Integrate its existing surface water improvement
26 and management plans, Save Our Rivers land acquisition lists,
27 stormwater management projects, proposed water resource
28 development projects, proposed water body restoration
29 projects, proposed capital improvement projects necessary to
30 promote reclamation, storage, or recovery of water, and other
31 properties or activities that would assist in meeting the
