  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Florida Housing Finance

  3         Corporation; expressing the legislative intent

  4         to change the relationship between the Housing

  5         Finance Corporation and the Department of

  6         Community Affairs and to expand the membership

  7         of the governing board of the Housing Finance

  8         Corporation; providing an effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

12         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

13  strengthen the relationship between the Housing Finance

14  Corporation and the Department of Community Affairs and expand

15  the membership of the governing board of the Housing Finance

16  Corporation.

17         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

18  law.
