17  and insert in lieu thereof:  employer.  Notwithstanding s.

18  440.091, an injury suffered by a law enforcement officer, as

19  defined in s. 943.10(1), while going to or coming from work in

20  an official law enforcement vehicle shall be presumed to be an

21  injury arising out of and in the course of employment unless

22  the injury occurred during a distinct departure for a

23  nonessential personal errand.
