  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to education; providing

  3         legislative intent to create a procedure for

  4         planning dual-enrollment programs for high

  5         school students; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact legislation creating a procedure for planning

11  dual-enrollment programs for high school students.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
