11  Representative(s) Bloom and Casey offered the following:

13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 24, between lines 16 and 17,

15

16  insert:

17         Section 14.  Notwithstanding the provisions of s.

18  624.91, Florida Statutes, local matching funds shall not be

19  required by the Florida Healthy Kids Corporation, provided

20  funds are specifically appropriated as part of the General

21  Appropriations Act to replace the local match contributions to

22  the Florida Healthy Kids program.

23         Section 15.  The sum of $12 million is appropriated

24  from the Tobacco Settlement Clearing Trust Fund to the Agency

25  for Health Care Administration as additional funds to replace

26  the local match stipulated under the Florida Kidcare program.

27  Such appropriation shall be in addition to any other

28  appropriation under the General Appropriations Act and

29  implementing legislation made to the department for purposes

30  of administering the Florida Kidcare program.
