17 Section 25. Notwithstanding the provisions of s.
18 199.052(10), Florida Statutes, failure to timely file a
19 consolidated return for any one or more years shall not
20 prejudice the taxpayer's right to file a consolidated return
21 if the consolidated return is filed prior to July 31, 2000,
22 and the affiliated group of corporations of which the taxpayer
23 is a member has previously filed consolidated returns for
24 corporate income tax purposes under s. 220.131, Florida
25 Statutes.
