14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 1, lines 17 through 21, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:  entered into pursuant to that section, the

18  investigative records of the educator created by the

19  Department of Education which relate solely to participation

20  in a recovery network treatment program are exempt from the

21  disclosure provisions of Section 24(a) of Article I of the

22  State Constitution and section 119.07(1), Florida Statutes.

23  This exemption does not include the investigative records of

24  any criminal justice agency. This exemption is subject to the

25  Open Government
