18 Section 19. Section 240.2985, Florida Statutes, is
19 amended to read:
20 240.2985 Ethics in Business Scholarship Program.--The
21 Ethics in Business Scholarship Program is hereby created, to
22 be administered by the Board of Regents. Moneys appropriated
23 and allocated to university foundations for purposes of the
24 program shall be used to create endowments for the purpose of
25 providing scholarships to undergraduate and graduate college
26 students enrolled in state institutions of higher learning who
27 register for the equivalent of one or more credit hours in
28 courses in business ethics and who have demonstrated a
29 commitment to serving the interests of their community. First
30 priority for awarding such scholarships shall be given to
31 students who demonstrate financial need.
