  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to postsecondary education;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to revise the

  4         laws relating to postsecondary education;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the laws

10  relating to postsecondary education.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
