  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to graduate medical education;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to foster

  4         graduate medical education; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact provisions

10  of law to foster graduate medical education.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
