11  Senator Hargrett moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 42, between lines 28 and 29,

16  insert:

17         Section 27.  The Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic

18  Development shall include in its annual legislative budget

19  request pursuant to section 216.023, Florida Statutes, funding

20  for the Florida Manufacturing Technology Center. The amount of

21  the funding to be included in the legislative budget request

22  shall be based upon the office's evaluation of the total

23  economic development funding demands of the state and the

24  office's evaluation of the funding needs requested by the

25  Florida Manufacturing Technology Center.
