  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to rulemaking authority of the

  3         Department of Labor and Employment Security

  4         (RAB); expressing the intent of the Legislature

  5         to clarify the department's rulemaking

  6         authority; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  clarify the rulemaking authority of the Department of Labor

12  and Employment Security.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
