  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public records and meetings;

  3         expressing the legislative intent regarding the

  4         enactment of exemptions from requirements

  5         pertaining to such records and meetings.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  ensure that exemptions from public records and meetings

11  requirements are enacted in compliance with Section 24,

12  Article I of the State Constitution.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
