15 On page 1, line 30, through page 2, line 24, delete
16 those lines

18 and insert:
19 Section 1. Section 409.919, Florida Statutes, is
20 amended to read:
21 409.919 Rules.--The agency shall adopt any rules
22 necessary to comply with or administer ss. 409.901-409.920 and
23 all rules necessary to comply with federal requirements. In
24 addition, the Department of Children and Family Services shall
25 adopt and accept tranfer of any rules that are necessary to
26 administer its responsibilities of receiving and processing
27 applications for Medicaid and determining Medicaid eligibility
28 and for assuring compliance with and for administering ss.
29 409.901-409.906, as it relates to these responsibilities.
