  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Special Disability Trust

  3         Fund; declaring legislative intent to enact

  4         legislation with respect to the fund; providing

  5         an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact legislation relating to the Special Disability Trust

11  Fund.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
