  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the City of Pensacola;

  3         repealing section 61 of chapter 15425, Laws of

  4         Florida, 1931, chapter 23474, Laws of Florida,

  5         1945, and chapter 79-552, Laws of Florida;

  6         deleting obsolete provisions relating to City

  7         Planning Board; providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  Section 61 of chapter 15425, Laws of

12  Florida, 1931, chapter 23474, Laws of Florida, 1945, and

13  chapter 79-552, Laws of Florida, are repealed.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
