13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 4, between lines 16 and 17,

16  insert:

17         Section 11.  Ed Healey Memorial Bridge designation;

18  markers.--

19         (1)  The Royal Park Bridge on State Road 704 between

20  West Palm Beach and the Town of Palm Beach, Palm Beach County,

21  is hereby designated as the "Ed Healey Memorial Bridge."

22         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

23  erect suitable markers designating the "Ed Healey Memorial

24  Bridge" as described in subsection (1).
