15 On page 2, lines 12-16, delete those

17 and insert:
18 Section 2. The City of Fort Lauderdale is authorized
19 and directed to appropriate from funds of the city not
20 otherwise appropriated and to draw a warrant in the sum of
21 $600,000 as compensation for injuries and damages sustained by
22 Earl Spencer and his children, Sheryl Spencer, Zico Spencer,
23 Kimberly Spencer, Djaniela Spencer, and Jamaria Spencer. The
24 funds shall be disbursed pursuant to the terms of the Order on
25 Plaintiff's Motion to Approve Settlement signed by Judge Mark
26 Speiser on January 13, 1999.
