14         On page 2, lines 10 and 11, delete those lines

16  and insert:  742.091;

17         (e)  The minor is living with both natural parents who

18  are still married to each other, whether or not there is a

19  broken relationship between either or both parents of the

20  minor and the grandparents, and either or both parents have

21  used their parental authority to prohibit a relationship

22  between the minor and the grandparents; or

23         (f)  A deceased parent of the minor has made a written
