17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         (2)  A person applying for licensure as a title loan

19  lender shall file with the department an application, the bond

20  required by section 5(3), a nonrefundable application fee of

21  $1,200, a nonrefundable investigation fee of $200, and a

22  complete set of fingerprints taken by an authorized law

23  enforcement officer.  The department shall submit such

24  fingerprints to the Department of Law Enforcement for state

25  processing and the Department of Law Enforcement shall forward

26  the fingerprints to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for

27  national processing.
