14         On page 2, line 24, through

15            page 3, line 4, delete those lines

17  and insert:  , unless the project subject to the proposed

18  amendment involves the construction of affordable housing

19  units meeting the criteria of s. 420.0004(3) and is located

20  within an area of critical state concern designated by s.

21  380.0552 or by the Administration Commission pursuant to s.

22  380.05(1). Such amendment is not subject to the density

23  limitations of s. 163.3187(1)(c)1.f., and shall be reviewed by

24  the state land planning agency for consistency with the

25  principles for guiding development applicable to the area of

26  critical state concern where the amendment is located and

27  shall not become effective until a final order is issued under

28  s. 380.05(6).
