14         On page 2, line 11, after the period,

16  insert:  However the suit for a money judgment for a first

17  violation shall not be for an amount exceeding five times the

18  original fine, up to $2,500, plus court costs and attorney

19  fees and a suit for a money judgment for a second or

20  subsequent violation shall not be for an amount exceeding five

21  times the amount of the fine for a second or subsequent

22  violation or offense, up to $10,000, plus court costs and

23  attorney fees.
