14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 2, line 9, after the period,

16

17  insert:  The managing general agent shall pay total fees and

18  taxes of $15 per agent for each original and biennial agent

19  appointment. The managing general agent or insurer appointing

20  a managing general agent shall remit total fees and taxes in

21  the amount of $45 for each agent authorized to transact

22  insurance on behalf of the insurer and included in the notice

23  required by this subsection.
