11  Senator Holzendorf moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 6, line 10, after the period,

15

16  insert:  The managing general agent shall pay total fees and

17  taxes of $15 per agent for each original and biennial agent

18  appointment. The managing general agent or insurer appointing

19  a managing general agent shall remit total fees and taxes in

20  the amount of $45 for each agent authorized to transact

21  insurance on behalf of the insurer and included in the notice

22  required by this subsection.
