11  Senator Campbell moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 32, line 22, delete that line

15

16  and insert:  with the prospective adoptive parents or adoption

17  entity whichever is later. If a consent has been executed,

18  under no circumstance shall this subsection be construed to

19  provide a birth parent with more than 3 days to revoke that

20  consent once the child has been surrendered to an adoption

21  entity or prospective adoption parent. The revocation period

22  provided for in this section shall not apply in any case in

23  which the waiting period in s. 63.082(4)(b) applies
