18         Section 22.  Subsection (11) of section 206.86, Florida

19  Statutes, is amended to read:

20         206.86  Definitions.--As used in this part:

21         (11)  "Local government user of diesel fuel" means any

22  county, municipality, special fire control district authorized

23  under chapter 191 or created by special act of the

24  Legislature, or school district licensed by the department to

25  use untaxed diesel fuel in motor vehicles.
