15         On page 50, between lines 20 and 21,

17  insert:

18         Section 22.  Effective July 1, 2002, sections 325.001,

19  325.201, 325.202, 325.203, 325.204, 325.206, 325.207,

20  325.2075, 325.208, 325.209, 325.210, 325.211, 325.212,

21  325.213, 325.2135, 325.214, 325.215, 325.216, 325.217,

22  325.218, and 325.219, Florida Statutes, are repealed.

23         Section 23.  Section 325.205, Florida Statutes, is

24  created to read:

25         325.205  Within 90 days after the effective date of

26  this act, the Department of Environmental Protection shall

27  initiate a revision of the United States Environmental

28  Protection Agency-approved State Implementation Plan for the

29  program area to back out the emission credits from the motor

30  vehicle inspection program.

10  325.210, 325.211, 325.212, 325.213, 325.2135, 325.214,

11  325.215, 325.216, 325.217, 325.218, 325.219, F.S., which

12  provide for inspection of motor vehicle exhaust emissions;

13  creating s. 325.205, F.S.; directing the Department of

14  Environmental Protection to submit a revision to Florida's

15  State Implementation Plan to the United States Environmental

16  Protection Agency;
