14 On page 3, between lines 22 and 23,

16 insert:
17 Section 4. Section 104.19, Florida Statutes, is
18 amended to read:
19 104.19 Using stickers or rubber stamps or carrying
20 certain items in voting booth; penalty.--
21 (1)(a) It is unlawful for any person casting a ballot
22 at any election to use stickers or rubber stamps or to carry
23 into a voting booth any mechanical device, paper, or
24 memorandum which might be used to affect adversely the normal
25 election process.
26 (b) In casting a write-in ballot, the elector shall
27 cast the same in his or her own handwriting or in the
28 handwriting of an authorized person aiding him or her.
29 (2) Any person who violates the provisions of this
30 section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree,
31 punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
