15 On page 1, between lines 25 and 26,

17 insert:
18 Section 2. Notwithstanding any provision of section
19 465.025, Florida Statutes, for the initial prescription or any
20 refill thereunder of an "A-B"-rated drug that is currently on
21 the negative formulary created under that statute, a
22 pharmacist must dispense the drug unless prior approval to
23 substitute is obtained from the prescriber of the medication.
24 Any refill thereunder of the initial prescription for such a
25 drug must be refilled using only the same drug product by the
26 same manufacturer which the pharmacist last dispensed under
27 the prescription.
