12 the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 1, lines 26 through 28, delete those lines
16
17 and insert:
18 Section 2. Effective July 1, 2000, The Board of
19 Pharmacy and the Board of Medicine shall remove from the
20 formulary established by section 465.025(6), Florida Statutes,
21 all drugs that have been determined therapeutically equivalent
22 or AB-rated in "Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic
23 Equivalence Evaluations" (Orange Book) published by the
24 Federal Food and Drug Administration.
25 Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
26 law.
