13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 1, between line 27 and 28,

16  insert:

17         Section 3.  Nothing in this act shall alter or amend

18  section 465.025, Florida Statutes, as to the existing law

19  providing for the authority of physicians to prohibit generic

20  substitution by writing "medically necessary" on the

21  prescription
