13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 1, between lines 25 and 26,

16  insert:

17         Section 2.  Notwithstanding anything in section

18  465.025, Florida Statutes, for the initial or any refill

19  prescription of coumadin, a pharmacist must dispense coumadin

20  unless prior approval is obtained from the prescriber of such

21  medication.
