13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 18, lines 12-14, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  government, the Auditor General shall contact

17  those units of local government not in compliance with this

18  section and request evidence of corrective action. If the unit

19  of local government does not provide the Auditor General with

20  evidence of corrective action within 45 days after the date it

21  is requested, the Auditor General shall then notify the Joint

22  Legislative Auditing Committee of any unit of local government

23  not in compliance with this section. Following notification of
