17 Section 11. Section 372.579, Florida Statutes, is
18 created to read:
19 372.579 Processing applications for licenses and
20 permits.--The commission may by rule adopt a processing fee,
21 not to exceed $100, for each license or permit required by
22 chapter 39, Florida Administrative Code. The commission shall
23 annually report actions taken under this section to the
24 President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of
25 Representatives.
