15         On page 17, lines 8 through 13,

16  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

18  and insert in lieu thereof:

19         (2)  A procedure to contact, prior to or immediately

20  following an emergency or disaster, all persons, on a priority

21  basis, who need assistance and sheltering during evacuations

22  because of physical, mental, or sensory disabilities and whose

23  care is provided under the contract.

25         (3)  A procedure to help persons who would need

26  assistance and sheltering during evacuations because of

27  physical, mental, or sensory disabilities register with the

28  local emergency management agency as provided in s. 252.355,

29  Florida Statutes.
