13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 2, between lines 2 and 3,

16  insert:

17         Section 2.  Subsection (4) of section 626.916, Florida

18  Statutes, is amended to read:

19         626.916  Eligibility for export.--

20         (4)  A reasonable per-policy fee, not to exceed $25,

21  may be charged by the filing surplus lines agent for each

22  policy certified for export.
