13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 153, line 31, through page 154, line 7, delete

15  those lines

17  and insert:  firesafety codes and standards. A substantially

18  affected person may appeal, to the Department of Insurance,

19  the local government's resolution of the challenge, and the

20  department shall determine if the amendment complies with this

21  section. Actions of the department are subject to judicial

22  review pursuant to s. 120.68. The department shall consider

23  reports of the Florida Building Commission, pursuant to part

24  VII of chapter 533, when evaluating building code enforcement.
