11  Senator Clary moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 164, line 10, after the period,

15

16  insert:  However, this act is intended as a comprehensive

17  revision of the regulation by counties and municipalities of

18  the design, construction, erection, alteration, modification,

19  repair, and demolition of public and private buildings.

20  Therefore, any sections or provisions of any special act

21  governing these activities by any general purpose local

22  government is hereby repealed.

26  And the title is amended as follows:

27         On page 14, line 27, after the semicolon,

29  insert:

30         providing that this act repeals certain

31         provisions of special acts;
