  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Florida Statutes;

  3         repealing various statutory provisions that

  4         have become obsolete, have had their effect,

  5         have served their purpose, or have been

  6         impliedly repealed or superseded; repealing s.

  7         6.08, F.S., relating to the boundary between

  8         Florida and Alabama; repealing s. 11.0431(3),

  9         F.S., to eliminate a provision relating to

10         legislative records created prior to July 1,

11         1993; repealing ss. 13.90-13.996, F.S., to

12         terminate the Florida Legislative Law Revision

13         Council; providing an effective date.

15  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

16

17         Section 1.  Section 6.08, Florida Statutes, is

18  repealed.

19         Section 2.  Subsection (3) of section 11.0431, Florida

20  Statutes, is repealed.

21         Section 3.  Sections 13.90, 13.91, 13.92, 13.93, 13.94,

22  13.95, 13.96, 13.97, 13.98, 13.99, 13.992, 13.993, 13.994,

23  13.995, and 13.996, Florida Statutes, are repealed.

24         Section 4.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

25  law.
