  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Florida Statutes;

  3         repealing various statutory provisions that

  4         have become obsolete, have had their effect,

  5         have served their purpose, or have been

  6         impliedly repealed or superseded; repealing s.

  7         39.824(1), F.S., relating to adoption of rules

  8         of juvenile procedure by the Supreme Court to

  9         implement pt. X, ch. 39, F.S., relating to

10         guardians ad litem and guardian advocates;

11         repealing s. 61.043(2), F.S., relating to

12         informational questionnaires required upon

13         filing for dissolution of marriage; repealing

14         s. 61.182, F.S., relating to the Child Support

15         Depository Trust Fund; repealing s. 409.2559,

16         F.S., relating to the requirement to establish

17         and operate a state disbursement unit by a

18         specified date; repealing ss. 741.03055 and

19         741.03056, F.S., relating to review of

20         premarital preparation courses, creation of

21         pilot programs, development and use of an

22         informational questionnaire, and creation of a

23         curriculum; repealing s. 753.004, F.S.,

24         relating to supervised visitation projects;

25         providing an effective date.

27  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

28

29         Section 1.  Subsection (1) of section 39.824, Florida

30  Statutes, is repealed.

  1         Section 2.  Subsection (2) of section 61.043, Florida

  2  Statutes, is repealed.

  3         Section 3.  Section 61.182, Florida Statutes, is

  4  repealed.

  5         Section 4.  Section 409.2559, Florida Statutes, is

  6  repealed.

  7         Section 5.  Sections 741.03055 and 741.03056, Florida

  8  Statutes, are repealed.

  9         Section 6.  Section 753.004, Florida Statutes, is

10  repealed.

11         Section 7.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
