13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 4, line5, after the period,

15

16  insert:  If a person acts as a fiduciary or agent for purposes

17  of managing intangible assets owned by another person, such

18  intangible assets shall not have a taxable situs in this state

19  pursuant to s. 199.175 solely by virtue of the management or

20  control of such assets by the person who is not the owner of

21  the assets.
