15         On page 5, lines 12 through 18,

16  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

18  and insert in lieu thereof:

20  from annual tax a resident of this state who has a taxable

21  beneficial interest, as defined in s. 199.023, in a trust.

22         Section 5.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000,

23  effective for tax years beginning after December 31, 2000.
