14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 38, between lines 25 and 26,

17  insert a new section:

18         Section 17.  The General Appropriations Act for Fiscal

19  Year 2000-2001 shall be reduced by 4 FTE and $260,719 from the

20  Health Care Trust Fund in the Agency for Health Care

21  Administration for purposes of implementing the provisions of

22  this act.

23         and redesignate subsequent sections
