  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to certificates of need;

  3         providing legislative intent relating to laws

  4         governing certificates of need issued by the

  5         Agency for Health Care Administration;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  revise laws relating to the issuance of certificates of need

12  by the Agency for Health Care Administration.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
